What we store

Nexus Desk stores information you provide about yourself, your company, and the documents you upload. Uploaded files are stored on servers we operate and are never published, indexed or shared.

Who can see your documents

Only your own account and any team members you explicitly grant access to can view file contents. Platform administrators and moderators have access to metadata (such as filenames, sizes and timestamps) for support and abuse prevention, but cannot open or download your files through the application. Any such attempt is blocked and written to an immutable audit log.

Payment data

Payments are processed by PayFast (South Africa). Nexus Desk never stores full card numbers or CVV values. We receive only a transaction reference and subscription status.
